GotAPal's UK Support team offer a pay as you go service known as points, or a ticket system. If you pay via the ticket system, 1 ticket is one computer problem that will be solved.

So if you are confident you know exactly what the problem is, but just not sure how to fix it, the the ticket system could be a cheaper option. However if you have multiple problems with your computer you may find it will be cheaper to buy the points which works out 1 point = 1 minute.

Simply call 0800 862 0048 free, and remember that GotAPal works on a no-fix no-fee basis, so in the unlikely event that we cannot fix your issue, you wont be charged.
