Am I still in control of my computer?
Yes. During the session you are completely in control the whole time.
You are the only person who can initiate a session by logging in and you can end a session at any time by simply closing the support window. Furthermore, you still have control of your mouse (cursor). During a session you will see our expert using the cursor to locate and fix problems, but, at any time, you can override this by simply moving your mouse.
