I run large online health based business and our main pc died last week. I thought I'd lost valuable data but thanks to gotapal.com I was up and running within 24 hours, all data salvaged and a backup solution deployed so I wouldn't get myself into this ridiculous mess again. Engineer and 'pal' very helpfu. I'll hopefully never have to contact them again, but if I have any IT, phone, or technical issue, they'll be the first people I ring. In fact I won't ring them I'll contact them via the gotapal support portal which again is very useful for them to take over my pc and do what they do best - fix stuff!!!
