| Can you support my old computer? |
| Yes. But we can only support computers that are running Windows 98 or newer.
However, computers operating on Windows 98/ME/2000 are generally more than 5 years old which makes it more difficult to correct and prevent problems and will lead to longer support sessions. If your computer or operating system is more than 5 years old, we would recommend purchasing a new computer.
